As part of the promotion of EFSA’s Safe2Eat campaign, HAPIH organized an educational quiz in Zagreb where, in addition to testing their knowledge of proper storage and safe food preparation during the summer heat, participants could also win appropriate prizes – a cooler bag and local products.
