“The consumers are also responsible. Education and raising awareness are on all of us,” it was pointed out at the launch of this year’s edition of EFSA’s #EUChooseSafeFood campaign.
The meeting of the National Network of Institutions, Article 36 List and the representatives of EFSA’s Scientific Networks enabled the exchange of knowledge, experiences and examples of good practice in the field of food safety.
Our choices today, as producers and consumers, affect how tomorrow will look like. The message from the panel discussion is clear. We need to tackle the great challenge of transforming agri-food systems into more sustainable.
As a part of EFSA’s EU Choose Safe Food campaign, HAPIH organised event in which citizens tested their food safety knowledge and had the opportunity to win one of two possible prizes – a T-shirt or an apron.
